Taking place on select Friday evenings this winter!
*Open gyms can be used for athletes to work on skills that they have been practicing in class, as long as the athlete has followed the proper progressions to perform the skills safely.
Safety is always our #1 priority so if you want to learn flips and tricks then you can enroll in a class, skill clinic, or schedule private lessons. Coaches will not be spotting during these open gyms.
Cancelation Procedure: If we have fewer than 5 kids signed up the day prior to the open gym then we will cancel it and you will receive a credit on your account to use for another day. We will notify you by email.
