Kinder Gymnastics Can Offer Your Child Lasting Benefits

Kinder Gym - is a modified version of our Beginner Classes. Here, students begin with the "ABC's" (fundamentals) of Gymnastics. Kinder Gym only differs from our Beginner Classes in that we factor in the shorter attention spans and the continued need for motor skill development.

Kinder Gym Classes

FUN and Challenging

Kinder Gym classes are designed to be both FUN and challenging by introducing all of the various gymnastics apparatus. Our little gymnasts will not only increase their flexibility and strength, but also their coordination and skill.

KG Level 1

Cartwheels, forward & backward rolls, donkey kicks, and bridges are some of the fun, basic gymnastics skills that will be taught in KinderGym. Skills on the bars, beam, and vault will also be introduced. Your child will learn a variety of developmentally appropriate gymnastics skills in a safe, kid-friendly, environment.

These classes will take place in the “Little Gym” near the parent observation area where all equipment is smaller to suit your child’s needs. Classes meet for 45 minutes each week.

KG Level 2

Gymnasts who have mastered the basics will move on to Level 2 to further their gymnastics abilities.
