Terms & Conditions

REGISTRATION FEE

All families will be charged a one-time registration fee upon enrollment in a class.

ONGOING ENROLLMENT EACH CHILD WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY RE-ENROLLED INTO THE SUBSEQUENT SESSION.

Your child's enrollment continues until you choose a drop date through the parent portal or until you notify us through email.

You must drop by the 15th of the month to avoid charges for the following session, which are due on the 20th of each month.

With ongoing enrollment you will only have to enroll your child once for the year... that is, until they move into a different level or you would like to change class times.

Class days and times are subject to change

DROP PROCEDURE
If you would like to drop your class at the end of the four week session, you have until the 15th of the month to do so without being charged for the next session. There are no refunds.

PARENTS MUST NOTIFY THE FRONT DESK TO DROP A STUDENT FROM CLASS.

The easiest way to drop a student is to use the drop request feature in the Parent Portal. Other than that, only a written notice via email or hand delivered to our front desk will be acceptable.

Please note:

You are responsible for payment for your student's classes whether or not your student attends class. If a student stops coming to class without notification then that student's account will be charged for the additional four week session. This charge will be for holding the student's place in that class instead of offering that place to one of the many on a waiting list.

TUITION

Tuition covers 4 class weeks and is due on the 20th of each month. If payment has not been made by the 25th of the month, a $15 late fee will be applied to your account. Consistent late payments may result in no longer being offered services at Flex.

AUTO WITHDRAW TUITION

At Flex we want to make things as simple as possible for you! When enrolling for the first time you will be required to put a card on file. We will then auto-draft your tuition on the 20th of each month for recreational classes and on the 1st of each month for competitive teams. If you prefer to pay with cash, check, or with a different card you can do so at the front desk prior to your tuition due date.

WHAT TO WEAR

Athletes may wear a tight or tucked in t-shirt and shorts OR a leotard. Please keep the midriff covered. No chewing gum or dangling jewelry.

Hair must be pulled neatly and securely away from the face so that it stays up for the entire workout. Please do not wear bows or other large hair ornaments that may cause discomfort during activity.

Personal items should be left in cubbies. Jewelry should not be worn during classes. PLEASE LEAVE JEWELRY OR OTHER EXPENSIVE ITEMS AT HOME. Flex Gymnastics, LLC and its staff will not be responsible for ANY items that may be lost or stolen. Be sure your student's personal items are marked with their name.

ARRIVAL AND PICKUP

Be sure your student arrives 5 minutes before (no earlier please) his/her scheduled class time. Please pick up your student on time. Please inform us if you know you will be late picking up your student. If a student waits more than 5 minutes after their class has ended for their ride then there will be a $5 charge for the first five minutes and $1 per minute for each additional minute.

Instruct your student to wait inside the building, not the breezeway, and you should escort them from the building to your car. During peak times the parking lot is crowded. Please take into consideration that our students may include young children. Please drive slowly and carefully. Do not take a chance on your student running to and from your car.

PROGRESSION CHARTS

Your child is always being evaluated by his/her coaches and you will be notified when s/he is ready to move up to the next level. We loosely base our levels on the USA Gymnastics Development Program. Each level was designed to take about a year to complete if attending classes regularly all year long. Since every child is unique, there will be children who will move through much more quickly and some will take much longer.

We use online progression charts to keep track of skill development. You can always access these charts through the Parent Portal.

MAKEUP POLICY

Since many of our classes are full, missed classes will not be given prorated tuition or refunds. However, make-up classes are oftentimes available for recreational students but they are not guaranteed. Make-ups will only be given if there is room in another class of the appropriate level and they must be scheduled within 30 days of the missed class.

The make-up must be used while the student is actively enrolled in a class. Inactive students (no longer enrolled) will lose the ability to make up missed classes. If the missed class falls on the last week of the session then that missed class can be made up in the first week of the immediately following session.

You can schedule your own make-up classes through the parent portal. You can also contact us by phone or email to schedule them.

We teach character, strength, and flexibility not only as it relates to the sport of gymnastics, but also as it relates to life skills.
